Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

• Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery time may vary depending on supplier circumstances.

• International shipping costs $35.

Courier Service: DHL

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 days from the payment date.

• Possible Delays: Shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance issues.

Exchange & Refund Policy

• Exchanges and refunds are available within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Items sent without prior approval may be returned to the sender.

• Products must be returned in their original condition.

• If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping fee. (All items are recorded before shipment. If intentional damage is found, exchanges and refunds will not be processed, and shipping costs may be charged.)

• Return: $35

• We will arrange the return shipping process for you.

• Refunds will be processed within a few business days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted if:

• The request is made after the return period, making resale difficult.

• The item is damaged due to the customer's responsibility.

• The item has stains from cosmetics, perfume, or food, or has been worn, altered, washed, or used, significantly reducing its value.

• Tags or labels have been removed.

• The item is silver jewelry, leather goods, or accessories.

• The customer has agreed in writing that returns/exchanges are not applicable.

Minor chalk marks or loose threads from the production process are not considered defects.
